5. Cooperate, Respect yourself and others, and maintain a positive attitude!

  • Outdoor Pursuits
  • Fitness
  • Alternative Activities
  • Low Organizes Games

 

 Marks:

Each part of the course will be weighted equally. There will be no written tests.

 Every 2 days of non-attendance on non-participation means that you will lose 3 %! If you have a valid reason and a note, you can regain some/all of these marks.

 

            1. Fitness training (30 minutes for every hour missed)
            2. Intramural or interscholastic assistance. (1 hour for every hour missed)

 

 *I will talk to you about:

  • Being On time/Dressed
  • Role call
  • Putting equipment away
  • Best athlete = best mark?
  • Dismissal
  • Notes: I will keep them for Parent/ Teacher and WILL call home.
